Your Personal Information
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we do not collect your personal information, except the information you give us to mail your order such as name, address, and email address. We do not automatically add you to our mailing list or store your details.
When you browse our store, our provider Wix may also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide them with information to optimise your browser and operating system, or for legal requirements.
Your Permission
When you provide personal information to us or to our payment platform (Square) to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery, or return a purchase, we accept that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
Our financial system will retain basic details of your order such as name/address/email address and this information is not disclosed outside of financial, auditing or legal requirements.
Legal Requirements
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so, or if you act in any manner that violates our good faith or Terms of Service.
Payments
We use a direct payment gateway (Squareup) to facilitate you completing your purchase, then they may store your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Their terms advise that your transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council.
Our Service Providers
The only third party providers we use are Squareup (payment provider) and Wix (web hosting platform). These third-party providers used by us may collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.

Terms of Sale
We warrant to the extent of the purchase price that our products be as represented on our site, if they are found not to meet the representation then our sole liability is to refund you monies paid for those products.
We purchase our seed, and supplies from other manufacturers and producers and are solely reliant upon their information, in good faith, about our products we sell to you. We make no other warranty expressed or implied.
All other information provided by us to assist in the growing, storing or production of microgreens or seeds is provided in good faith as recommendations of how we approach these tasks and may include approximations. Significant variations may occur due to climate, location, cultural conditions and other factors beyond our control for which we accept no liability.
Seed is a live product, germination depends on many factors including but not limited to: temperature, moisture, growing medium, light, pest and disease and other environmental conditions. These factors are totally out of our control and are the buyer's responsibility and risk.
We cannot unconditionally guarantee seed to perform properly regardless of growing conditions, storage, and the buyer's methods.
Exclusion of liability: No warranty, either express or implied, is given in relation to the goods and any liability arising out of or in respect of the supply, re-supply, use, re-use, or safety of the goods, howsoever arising, and including any liability the Supplier may otherwise have had by virtue of any representation, warranty, condition or term, whether express or implied by law or custom and whether for consequential loss, loss of profits or contracts, or loss of use or for any direct, indirect or consequential loss (including any liability in relation to the resultant crop) or otherwise is hereby excluded.

Quarantine: Due to Quarantine restrictions we do not supply seed products into some regions of Australia. If you accidentally buy a product not available in your region, we will refund your money and adjust or refund postage as applicable.
Prices: All prices are in Australian dollars and are GST inclusive where applicable.
Seed: Seed weights are close approximation and provided as a guide only. Seeds are measured by weight.
Seed purpose: Our seeds are to be used for propagation only.
Order Acceptance: All orders placed through this website are subject to confirmation and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone or cancel any order at any time. We will indicate the acceptance of an order by processing and shipping the ordered items to you.
Payment: We accept the payment methods indicated on our postage and payment page only.
Cancelling orders: Please choose your products carefully and review your order before making payment. Once payment has been made it is normally not possible to cancel an order. However, provided the order has not left our premises we will do our best to assist you resolve any errors.
Availability: We aim to keep our inventory in stock
If you order something that has subsequently run out of stock, you will be refunded for any items not available. We ship most orders within 2 business days, and may offer you a delivery date for an out of stock item, which you may elect to leave on order or receive refund.
Customers information: During the checkout process, customers are required to provide us with information necessary to process an order such as name, shipping address and email address. Please make sure the information you submit is correct as we will not be held responsible for any errors or lost orders that occur due to incorrect information.
Delivery: We will process your order within 2 business days, sometimes sooner. Payment must be cleared before the goods are dispatched. We use a variety of delivery services including Australia Post and numerous couriers to deliver our orders; for this reason we cannot guarantee a delivery time frame. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods will be presumed by us to be authorised to receive the goods. Orders will not require signature unless you request this service, however you will receive a tracking number.
International orders: We only ship items of non bio nature (such as trays and spray bottles) outside Australia. All orders will be processed in Australian dollars. Delivery charges do not include any applicable importation charges, taxes and duties by customs in the country where the order is to be delivered. If applicable you are responsible for such taxes and duties. It is your responsibility to ensure you are permitted to import to your country before ordering.
Refunds: Under Australian law, every item we sell must be of acceptable quality and fit for the purpose they are sold for. If we fail to meet any of these requirements, we will happily provide you with a replacement or refund. We are not required to give refunds under any other circumstances.
