Growing Coriander Microgreens

Step 1 – Prepare Tray
Place the white tray inside the green tray. Add a layer of potting mix or coir and spread evenly.
Step 2 – Add Seeds
Spread 30g coriander seeds evenly over the tray. Spray thoroughly with filtered water.

Step 3 – Cover Seeds
Cover the seeds with ½ to 1 cm potting mix or coir. Spray again so the top layer is moist, but not soaking wet.

Step 4 – Germinate
Cover the tray and keep in darkness. No heavy weight is needed. Coriander can take 5–10 days to germinate and may germinate unevenly, so be patient. Check daily and spray when needed so the soil does not dry out.

Step 5 – Light, Water & Harvest
When the coriander is growing well, move it into bright light, but not direct sun. From now on, water only from below. Harvest when the microgreens are about 7–10 cm high.
Enjoy!
