Do not presoak your seeds.

Sow rate: 15 grams is needed for a 30x21cm growing tray.

Grow medium; Soil, hemp mats or hydroponically.

Add 3-4 cm of soil in your white tray and flatten soil.. Sow your seeds evenly. Give your seeds a good spray(we use filtered water)

Put the green tray inside of the white tray and add a weight. Do this for 2-3 day. Store in well ventilated area away from light until the seeds germinate. Lightly spray the seeds 1-2 times daily.

When seeds are germinated reverse the green tray and this time place the white tray in the green on. Now water the plants from below. Pour like 1 cup of water in the green tray. when you see that the soil on top is getting dry, please give them also another spray.

Place your tray in light. Not the full sun! Water 1-2 times daily.

Harvest time: Approximately 8-14 days.
